The villa is situated mountainside, 55 (ancient marble) steps about the town square and features panoramic Mediterranean ocean views from both the covered patio off the living room and from the open-air rooftop patio.

Gytheio is a rustic town that features old and new restaurants, bakeries, roof top lounges, traditional tavernas and bars along the waterfront. There are several beaches within 15 minutes of the property and many historically significant ruins located throughout the Peloponnese.
